Bible Classes at Holy Faith Lutheran Church are as much a time
for fellowship, fun and support as they are a time for further
understanding of God's Word. Three different classes are offered
regularly.
9:30 - 11:00 a.m. --Each week a group led by the
pastor meets for the purpose of studying scripture. Very often this
involves working through a book of the Bible. Coffee is served and
lively discussions occur. Emphasis is placed on relating the Word of
God in scripture to our daily lives. Therefore, discussions can become
either very serious, heartwarming or humorous -- and sometimes all
three! New members are always welcome.
Meets during the Sunday School hour from 10:30 - 11:30.
The study is led by the pastor and is often comprised of shorter
studies which span 3-6 weeks. Here current events in the world and a
Christian perspective on them is often part of the discussion. Lots of
laughter and good times are interspersed with the study of God's Word.
The Barnabas Group meets the second Saturday of each month from 8:00 - 9:30 a.m. at a local restaurant. The group is comprised of men from our congregation and Pastor Lutz. Current events, sports and church news are discussed over breakfast followed by a brief Bible Study.

Consist of small groups that meet in member's homes one night per week. The groups study a Christian book which is the same for all groups and which includes a study guide and frequent ventures into The Bible. These smaller studies allow for more personal conversation, warm-hearted discussions and frequently food and drink. (Lutheran's LOVE to eat.)
For more information on any of these studies, contact Pastor Lutz at (973) 697-6060. Or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
